Go-live checklist
Before your tenant goes live and you get your live key, you must show each item below in sandbox. We verify each item from your sandbox traffic. This is the only canonical checklist on this portal.
- User-sync round-trip: user upserted via PUT /v1/users/{external_user_id} and read back via GET with the expected status and balance (11-user-balance-sync).
- Idempotency replay test passed: a balance-sync replayed with the same Idempotency-Key and body returns the stored response byte-identical; the same key with a different body is rejected 422 with nothing applied (10-operator-api idempotency).
- Position lifecycle exercised: a position opened against a seeded sandbox market and observed through settlement or void to its terminal state (12-position-transaction-api).
- Webhook receipt and signature verification confirmed: at least one signed event received at the operator's webhook_url and its X-Webhook-Signature HMAC verified before processing (10-operator-api webhooks).
- Reconciliation cycle clean: at least one full scheduled reconciliation run over the operator's sandbox activity with zero discrepancies (21-multi-tenancy sandbox stage; lifecycle in 45-reconciliation-and-dlq).
- Rate-limit behavior understood: the operator's client has observed a 429 rate_limited response and demonstrably honors Retry-After instead of blind-retrying (10-operator-api rate_limiting).
When the list is complete, our team makes the tenant live. The tenant status becomes live, your sandbox keys are revoked and your live key is issued. These steps happen in one operation. Before the go-live, our team also runs its own internal checks. They are not items on your list.
